Designed with safety as the priority, the NeoSpace crib is the only bedside crib to provide a padded bridge from baby crib to parent bed.

Designed for babies from newborn to approximately 6 months.

  • No dangerous gap between parent bed and baby bed – patented padded side folds down on to parent bed to create “bridge”.
  • It is soft and padded, so comfortable to lie on.
  • Bridge fold down side can be easily fastened into the closed position at any time, even when attached to the parent bed

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We will be happy to make a refund which will go onto the card used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned and unfortunately, we would not be able to refund or credit on any of the following:

  • Washed/used bedding and clothing 
  • Maternity and skin care products such as breast pump, nursing pads, toiletries & any intimate products (due to hygiene/safety reasons)
  • Items which are personalised or made to your specification
  • Products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • Magazines/periodicals

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 14 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
